To see the sold pasture images just follow this link which will take you to the past Horses at Pasture II. So check back with us soon to see how we're progressing. Tom will have these images available in giclee prints soon. Tom is in the process of replenishing the supply of these pages. | "Reminiscent of Toms days growing up. He shows some new additions to the herd. This painting would be a wonderful addition to any room in your home. The original painting has been done in oil, and is 20"X30" showing a typical Montana background.." |

"On a warm hot dusky morning or evening a chestnut colored horse will look as though his coat is on fire or shimmering. This horse seems to have a story all his own by the looks of it. This painting was done using only the palette knife. A beautiful painting for your den or office." |
| "This painting shows the horse is pleased to romp and roam carefree in this setting. Horses were born to be free and wild. While this one is likely quite tame, Tom has given him a little freedom to move as in the wild. This painting is another exclusively painted with the Palette Knife." |

"Tom was doing a demonstration at the San Mateo County Fair and this is the painting that resulted from it. He didn't have a lot of time so he tried to cover the canvas as fast as he could using these bright colors right out of the tube. He figured that when he got it back to his studio that he would gray down the colors and make it look more realistic. He stood back to look at it and decided that he liked it just as it was. Sometimes he'll stumble into a good painting and this happens to be one of them." |
| "This foal looking much like that of a guard dog on house patrol or an English Setter or Retriever, "On Point". When a good hunting dog locates his master's prey, they will stiffen and point in the general direction of a quail or possibly some other varmint. The phrase is also commonly used as a Ballet term, referring to a ballerina in toe shoes. When she's on her toes, she is "On Point" also. The term also works quite well here with this curious youngster." |
